& Recording Contract Negotiation
Music Jam handles contract negotiations with major labels and publishers, ensuring our clients secure the best possible terms. We represent artists, songwriters, and producers in licensing, publishing, and deal negotiations offering clear guidance and full support every step of the way.

• Publishers Universal Music Publishing, Downtown, Concord, and Hospital Records
Publishing Every client receives a fully executed final agreement, with all terms negotiated to the highest professional standard ensuring clarity, fairness, and long-term value.
Sync Clearance
Synchronisation rights must be licensed from both record labels and music publishers whenever music is used in visual media, including films, adverts, games, trailers, and digital content. Music Jam ensures all sync usage is fully cleared with the appropriate rights holders.

Sample Clearance
Sampling remains a cornerstone of modern music across all genres. When music is intended for commercial release, all samples must be properly cleared.
Music Jam will:
Identify and trace the original copyright and master rights holders
Negotiate the licensing terms on behalf of the client
Draft and provide all necessary agreements (master and publishing)
Coordinate the execution of final contracts once terms are agreed
